Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FoodPulse ("Service"), operated by Rocket Platforms LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FoodPulse is a cloud-based restaurant and food service management platform that provides menu management, order tracking, inventory control, staff scheduling, table management, and related tools for food service businesses.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Rocket Platforms LLC. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Platforms LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
